Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Latest information and advice

COVID-19 is a new illness that can affect your lungs and airways.  It's caused by a virus called Coronavirus.  The situation across the country is rapidly changing, so we have provided links below to the latest information.

Please note:

  1. Amendments have been made to the Mutual Aid Agreement which could affect your request. Please ensure you read the agreement in full.
  2. Due to high demand a Delivery Schedule has been put in place. Please check when your location will be delivered to next as you may have to organise for collection would you require stock sooner.

Mutual Aid Agreement

A mutual aid agreement has been put in place across the SWL region

The COVID-19 outbreak has had a significant impact on the use and provision of clinical supplies, medicines and services.  The disruption caused has highlighted the need for robust supply chain planning, and the need for effective collaboration between NHS Trusts and other care provider organisations.  The Mutual Aid Agreement aims to ensure that the SWL Acute Hospitals and SWL STP have a clear and agreed collaborative process confirmed to ensure continuity of supply.
